A local client of ours is seeking a proactive and talented Graphic Designer to create design solutions for a wide variety of projects for a quickly growing outdoor power equipment company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Senior Graphic Designer, Photographer, Videographer, VP of Sales, Executive team members, and Director of Product Management on a large array of projects
• Work with the Director of Product Management to create product decals, packaging, and collateral.
• Willing to jump in and be a team player to solve issues
• The ideal candidate should not be rigid in expectations of the position
• The Graphic Designer will work closely with a Senior Graphic Designer to provide support and feedback
• Edit product photos for eCommerce sales channels
• Self-driven with minimal need for direction from others
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative to develop and execute your ideas
• Create price sheets, email designs, and sales collateral
• Help format and design PowerPoint presentations for Executive Team Members
• Create trade show designs 

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Recent grad with a degree in Design, Graphic Arts, Communications, or a related field
•  A digital-first mind that can work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Takes criticism and constructive feedback on their designs professionally
• Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
• Efficient organization, prioritization, and time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction 
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment 
• Achievement-oriented: enjoys taking on challenges regardless of the result or outcome
• Must be Innovative: prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite of programs: PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Excellent eye for detail, color, and design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be fluent in Photoshop
• Self-motivated and possesses the ability to complete tasks on time and with little supervision
• General negotiation skills
• Provide a portfolio link of samples to show demonstrated experience
